If there is one thing we are proud of, we at Sagester are our national roller skating team!
In artistic roller skating, Italy is one of the strongest countries in the world, its champions teach and raise the bar every year that passes, in all the specialties, from the single, to the couples, up to the spectacular discipline of the show and precision groups.
And it is thanks to the important results achieved this year in this much followed discipline, that many of our athletes will be present at the World Roller Games in Barcelona, which will be held from 4 to 14 July 2019: ten days of great show, in which the best World skaters will battle each other with footsteps, intersections, engaging music, sparkling costumes and breathtaking choreography.
A show that never ends
Large groups, small groups, quartets … these are the categories of a still relatively young discipline but which is achieving growing interest and success throughout the world of wheels. There are many ingredients that make it so fascinating: the large number of skaters on the track that allows the public to attend real musicals on skates, the care of every single detail, from the search for the most original music, to the almost maniacal study of theme to be proposed (often accompanied by current and important themes), up to the care of makeup, and of course, of costumes, all ingredients that make each performance a small masterpiece of sport and art.
For this reason there are always many fans who fill the halls, and who are transported to every race, in a parallel world where everything is possible.
